Some people store their whey protein or pre workout supplements in the fridge to reduce the exposure to moisture, specifically in humid climates. Do not store the supplements in the refrigerator as if you remove them and leave open, the moisture will accumulate due to condensation and degrade the supplement and consuming such supplement may not be good for your health. So, it is better to store the powdered products in the various small containers instead of one large container.
